LaCas Consultants Inc. (LCI) incorporated in 1991, is a consulting engineering firm registered with the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of British Columbia and with the Association of Professional Engineers, Geoscientists of Alberta Since its incorporation in 1991 LCI has provided professional specialized engineering and environmental expertise in seeking optimal solutions to water related challenges for land and stream development in both Canada and internationally. LCI supports cooperative riparian restoration, public-private partnerships, low impact development and smart municipal development in order to achieve cost effective sustainable development. LCI has project experience on land and stream development for over one hundred aquatic sites for both private and public land developers. LCI advises land developers on achieving cost effective sustainable development through innovative land development and cooperative riparian restoration techniques

Projects have been mainly in the fields of River Engineering, Stream Restoration, Fisheries Habitat Restoration, Golf Course & Land Drainage, Flood Control, Dike and Levee Design, Lake Studies, Pipeline Crossing Design, Hydraulic Modeling, Stream Measurement, Stream Assessment, Channel Geomorphology, Watershed Assessment, Shoreline Engineering, Bioengineering LEED reviews and Proper Functioning Condition Assessment.

LCI provides professional services including: Site Assessment & Data Collection, Survey Layout, Professional Engineering (B.Eng.)
